Kenyatta Walker, LCSW
CEO

Kenyatta Walker started her career with McIntosh Trail Community Service Board in 2003 and has served in management positions in the departments of Outpatient, Peer Support, Compliance, and as Clinical Director. In 2013, she joined McIntosh Trail CSB’s Leadership Team as the Clinical Compliance Officer, in September 2015 she became Clinical Director, in December 2020 she was appointed the Interim Chief Executive Officer, and in September 2021, she was appointed to her current position as Chief Executive Officer.

Kenyatta’s career in the Behavioral Health & Intellectual Developmental Disabilities’ field spans over 20 years, all of which have been with McIntosh Trail Community Service Board. Kenyatta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a B.A. in Psychology from Morris Brown College (Atlanta, GA), a Masters in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH), and holds certifications as a Risk Reduction (DUI) Director & Instructor, a Certified Anger Management Specialist, and a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Tatina Butler, CPA, CRFAC, CIA, CGMA
CFO

Tatina Butler is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of McIntosh Trail Community Service Board. She began her career in March of 2021 as a Contract Finance Controller and was promoted to CFO in February of 2023. She is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Martin. She holds several credentials in her areas of professional passion. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Forensic Accountant (CRFAC), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Tatina has over 30 years of experience in accounting and auditing. She has a plethora of roles and experience in other entities such as the banking industry (Chief Financial Officer, Formerly, Capitol City Bank & Trust Company), city government (Deputy Finance Director, The City of East Point Georgia), and state government (Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Georgia Bureau of Investigation).
Dr. Carol Lyle, MD
Medical Director

Carol Lyle completed medical school and residency training in Psychiatry at Emory University in 1985.  Since then she has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including the Second General Army hospital in Landsthul, Germany, the Southeast Permanente Medical Group, and private practice.  Since 2014 she has provided services for several McIntosh Trail CSB outpatient clinics and for the McIntosh Trail ACT team.
Ayanna Knight
Human Resources Manager

Ayanna Knight is a Human Resources professional with a passion for fostering a positive work environment and driving organizational success. She began her career with McIntosh Trail Community Service Board in 2022, assuming the role of Executive Administrative Assistant. With an extensive background spanning 11 years in administrative roles, armed with a degree in Science Business Administration, Ayanna brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and business acumen to the realm of human resources.

With an unwavering commitment, Ayanna is entrusted with managing HR programs, advocating for employees, and collaborating with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
Amanda Brown, M.Ed., DDP, CACTS
Director of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services

Amanda Brown joined the McIntosh Trail Community Service Board team in 2008 and has served the agency in many roles. In 2016, she joined McIntosh Trail CSB’s Executive Leadership Team as the Director of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services.

Prior to beginning her career with McIntosh Trail CSB, Amanda worked for a local hospital providing quality care to individuals. Amanda earned her undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University and her Master’s degree from Mercer University. Amanda is a Certified At-Risk Crime Tactics Specialist and the Developmental Disabilities Professional (DDP) for the agency. In addition, Amanda is a program surveyor for Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Emily Buck, LCSW
Clinical Director

Emily Hebert Buck has worked at McIntosh Trail Community Service Board since 2016 and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019. She has worked in many outpatient and community-based behavioral health programs before becoming Clinical Director in 2021, including Supported Employment, Peer Support, Outpatient, and Assertive Community Treatment.
Sonya Davis
Revenue Cycle Manager

Sonya Davis joined McIntosh Trail in 2021 from another Community Service Board, where she served as the Billing Lead. Prior to her career with McIntosh Trail, Sonya worked in the Revenue Cycle Management field of healthcare for over 25 years specializing in hospital, physician, home healthcare, and FQHC centers.
